Manmade Water Shortage in California

I was just thinking, this together with the bill that wants to close Farmer's Markets looks like no accident.
TPTB want to control everything and create a food shortage.
After they have created the economic meltdown and dumped their flu virus on us. No food from the Central Valley.
This is textbook endgame NWO.
