Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits!!

Dr. Orly Taitz had a good day in court yesterday (7/13/2009).

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

This is a State issue. Hawaii has certified him and vouched for him. This has already been done so even if he wasn't actually born in Hawaii, people in other states shouldn't be able to challenge that.

The Federal Government has delegated this responsibility to Hawaii so isn't it their call?

btw- I have no doubt that he actually was born in Hawaii, but this whole thing is amusing nonetheless.

The article said the "Federal" court in Santa Ana, California, so the way I understand it, if it goes to trial, and Obama is found guilty of hiding evidence or anything else, and loses the case, he would have to appeal at a higher "Federal" court, of course I'm not a lawyer, so this is speculation.

One of the reasons Dr Taitz may have made so much progress is her questions to Justice Roberts at one of his lectures. I don't believe he answered her questions but he did agree to look at the documents and research she had compiled.

These were handed over to Roberts security person who promised that he would make sure Roberts received them.

She also talked to Scalia, Orly has balls!

There is a stink goin' on with Berg, Taitz and even with the Michelle Obama tape that never surfaced. That the tape does exist and Berg is holding it, whether true, everyone's guess is as good as mine.
