For those who like my work and I know ther are a few of you.This will be my most critical thought provoking and complicated piece yet and I have procrastinated for so long in attemping this article of which I am about to bestow that fear has griped me as to how all my Daily Paul friends would take this. But I see now, folks we have been going about this all the wrong way .Thats right since we live in a free-wheeling capitalistic pig eat pig world..Why not get dowm in the slope with the pigs..Thats right whats wrong with this site is we have too many dreamers ,idealist ,and as Uncle buck would say " to many Silly Sallies" Whats called for is i some real down home greedy capitalist that want to make some majors bucks in the process..If we all espouse to be free market capitalism then isnt the true goal to make ourselves ricn.If this is so then why do we go about like were a bunch of marxist.What Im saying is we should be a mighty beast thrashing about in the jungle trying to devour everthing that gets in its way...we should be powerful and feared ,We should be trying to start out own TV network or radio show..We should be filing law suits for tarp funds and then using bailout money when we need more ........................If we incorporate we could sell stock and make millions.to fund our campaigns .we could make millions as lobbysit by putiing pork on top of the HR 1207.............We could have private board of director meetings and private vacation junkets We could put it all on the Uncle Sams tab.I mean what the hell are they gonna do to us .If we incorporate we can make congress our little bitchs.and get rich in the process.I mean what the FREAK what are they gonna do to us.We would own congress if we incorporate {but thier is one thing we have to do we have to agree to vote for them if they get 1207} to pass witch I will write in another thread.Then we would be the most powerful corporation in the country even Bill Clinton would kiss our ass. Then we could all be our own little rothchilds "Give me the laws and I care not who prints tthe money".We would make Ron Paul rhe most powerful man in congress it would"nt matter whos in the White House.....................Now my first point of order would be for each of us to invest 20 $ or 50 $ to have a seat on the board of directors .and you also must be a member of Daily Paul for atleast a year.So lets NOT make Micheal run for congress lets make him Chairman of the Bpard.Since its his site Im sure that he wouldnt mind if we had site where we could all meet in secret to form strategies............ Im sure that we have enough econimist ,lawyers and entrapreneurs that we could really get ideas rolling .I am going to stop right here to see what all my very best friend s here at DP think about this project .Oh and I do consider all of you my very best friends one that I love and trust and could invest in.I mean if we cannot trust to invest in ourselves then who can we trust .........." 3 people have shown interest in starting this project Mike Lawson ,Simple Sam .Quilt,and maybe kvc.if I can find 7 more people i will open a new website with the intention of form a corporation and holding stockholder meetings.Im really glad I have gotten Mike on board he carries alot of weight around here.I hope some of his fan club will clinb aboard also Im also hoping to hear what Micheal thinks about this?

It's nice to see you finally posted a thread about what we spoke about in the past. I still think we need to work out a few things to get a clear and precise goal and the small steps we need to take first to achieve this.
I'm still up for setting up the site and everything like we talked about before. I say we get 10 people or so for now, then we can all talk together about what we would like to see happen with the company. From there we can organize and make sure everyone is on the same page.

this was really dificult to put down on paper but I finally did it .This is certainly somthing that would require small steps but could be very rewarding with a little time.All I im looking for is 9 to 10 people willing to make a 10 dollar investment in themselves and meet twice a week in an online chatroom Thats it.Im also looking for those who have other idea and can give advice in these matters .Please let me KNOW if thier are flaws in my plans I will be happy to listen.

NO! Forming a c-corp or an s-corp as you are proposing is doing nothing but signing up to serve the system. None of your proposals require filing articles of incorporation. Just do it. I think, "what would have happened if the guys who escaped from Alcatraz had approached the warden with an idea to form a "jail break club"?

but you are one of those idealist that I knew I would meet resistance from.And my answer to you is this .I would love to be by your side as we put on the corporate gear and do corporate battle .And for as little as what you would pay for your son s little league uniform you could we could do this .
Why don't we form an organization to "restore confidence
in the banking system" and raise grant money from NWO foundations. Then use the money to fund patriot activities and make a few commercials that suck to keep the money coming in? I'm already running one corporation and it's not so glamorous, but this non-profit idea has been floating around my head for a while.
They use foundations as their real strength, let's use them to beat them.

I need at least $5,000,000 a year to survive, I don't know about you. And our outreach program will undoubtably include help from contractors. Is $7000 a day a lot for a backhoe rental? I don't think so. I'm sure $6000 is reasonable for a smart car wrap though. Oh yeah, we also need a $30,000 quilt and a bunch of that $200 a gallon plant food. Are you seeing where I'm going here?

A lot of non-profits attract greed. It's called stolen-profit organizations who give 2% of the raised money for a purpose. There is no minimum percent of money that has to go towards a specified purpose.

An LLC is far better than any kind of corporation. Corporations are monsters, government sponsored monsters. The lawyers are sharks, I know because several of them tried to arrest me & they're seriously stupid.
