Pentagon orders soldier fired for challenging prez-
Submitted by Misfit4Peace on Thu, 07/16/2009 - 05:15The Department of Defense has compelled a private employer to fire a U.S. Army Reserve major from his civilian job after he had his military deployment orders revoked for arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
According to the CEO of Simtech Inc., a private company contracted by the Defense Security Services, an agency of the Department of Defense, the federal government has compelled the termination of Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook.
Cook’s attorney, Orly Taitz, wrote in her blog that Simtech CEO Larry Grice said he would try to find another position within the company for Cook, but nothing is currently available.
The Department of Defense does contracting in the general field of information technology/systems integration, at which Cook, a senior systems engineer
and architect, was employed until taking a military leave of absence on July 10 in preparation for his deployment to Afghanistan.
“Grice told plaintiff, in essence, that the situation had become ‘nutty and crazy,’ and that plaintiff would no longer be able to work at his old position,” Taitz wrote.
Grice made clear that it was Defense Security Services that had compelled Simtech to fire Cook, Taitz wrote.
According to the report, Grice told Cook “there was some gossip that ‘people were disappointed in’ the plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes.”
The Simtech CEO then discussed Cook’s expectation of final paychecks, without any severance pay, and wished the soldier well.
Messages left with Grice’s office had not been returned at the time of this report.

Army Major fired by Pentagon after Obama Citizenship Vindication
Thomas Jefferson once stated “The highest form of patriotism is dissent”. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook is among the many who are dissenting to recognize our sitting President as a Natural Born Citizen and therefore ineligible to be President. Major Cook was scheduled to deploy into Afghanistan, however he could not in good conscience obey the orders of an illegitimate President.
Before his scheduled July 16 court date his deployment orders were rescinded. No explanation has yet been given by any court official or representative of the White House. Revoking his orders can be understood as vindication our current President is not a Natural Born Citizen. Major Cook is far from the only one dissenting. There are federal lawsuits in more than twenty states. A Philadelphia Democratic Lawyer, Phillip Berg, has three cases in Federal Court. Citizen Grand Juries convened in several states to challenge Obama's citizenship. Decorated soldiers have also taken up this fight. Lieutenant Colonel Donald Sullivan attempted a temporary restraining order on the Electoral College of North Carolina before the inauguration. Major Cook's is one case in a long trend of not even challenging dissenters. Instead of letting anyone of these cases present their facts in front of an unelected, unappointed jury they are released.
The longer the delay the more the precedent is set to further usurp or Constitution. Article One Section two of our Constitution clearly states “No Person except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible to the Office of President “. By not allowing cases like Major Cook's to be addressed in our legal system common law rules could allow future presidents to curtail this area and possibly any other area of the Constitution they willed. Our Constitution was made to restrict government and release individuals from oppressive laws. Today our crony court system is working to reverse the rule of law.
Immediately following Major Cook's historic exoneration he was fired. Simtech, his employer, informed him the Defense Security Services within the Pentagon had called his boss and ordered his dismissal without severance pay. This atrocity has been perpetrated by our corrupt government on their own soldier. It is not enough he has given his life and pledged his allegiance, now they demand unthinking servitude.

Before it becomes front page news. The front page already has a story about a world war II vet that died peacefully in his home four decades after the war.
This is a current vet who lost his job because he stood up for his rights and got an answer that our president is illegitimate. How many more war heroes have to lose their jobs, homes, lives standing up for the truth before this is reported?

If Obama Gets Away With This....
he will be setting a precedent - and setting the stage for someone like Arnold Schwartzenegger to be President - don't think Arnold isn't hanging on every turn of this issue to see how Barry gets away with it.
Obama's eligibility IS a big issue - it represents a Constitutional crisis and quite frankly I am extremely annoyed that Ron Paul did nothing to protest Obama's installment as POTUS - in fact I recall that Ron Paul said something like he was concerned he'd be laughed out of the Senate for doing so. Ron and his colleagues ought to have demanded proof of natural born status in January 2009 - especially with the controversy at hand. Ron still distances himself from this issue, and I am sorry to see that.
This is not an issue being brought up by crackpots and ultra right wingers - We The People - hundreds of thousands of them - are wanting to see proof. This fight is far from over.
I for one am glad that this officer stood up and questioned the Commander in Chief...as is his duty to do so in so far as his oath to protect and defend and follow the Constitution. Being in the military does not mean one follows in blind obedience, otherwise they are no different then the Nazis. I hope we have come far away from that. The punishment and retribution that this officer receives will be quite telling. For now it is appearing as serving as a warning to others who try to follow suit. I hope thousands of enlisted men and women follow suit and question the President's eligibility.
God bless the Oathkeepers... they may be our only savior.

You can't expect Dr. Paul to engage in hand to hand combat over every skirmish. Right now he is front and center because he is attacking the FED, something most every person can agree on.
He is smart enough to choose his battles, that's why he's been around so long. I, for one, don't want to see Dr. Paul jeopardizing his profile by entering into debates that are better left to the you's and me's of the country.

I think it should be noted that we are talking about a Major
Not some private that's scared to go to war. An educated, probably rather successful reserve officer who was probably among the top leadership of his unit--my unit was headed by a Major. If Major Moss said we weren't going, we weren't going. I'd have followed his lead a whole lot faster than I would have followed Bush or Clinton's.
When you reach Major, you understand lawful orders and unlawful ones. I commend the guy and have already left ole Larry a message expressing my opinion of him (sniveling little wimp).
