I do not say this facetiously. Ron Paul is one of the few who can match the Founding Father criteria, without the slavery of course. There are very few alive today, who can write the same documents today. Hell, no laws these days are written by the legislators we elect anyway; they're proposed and written by various PAC funded and provided Congressional aides.

Nobody can truly OWN a land, with or without the currently fraudulent State dictate that seeks to take away purchased land if property tax is not paid. If you want to visit true concept of "ownership," perhaps we should all hand it all over to the Native Americans, which at current state of things, would be the more sanguine choice. Historically all lands were FORCIBLY taken away from one indigenous population by a foreign invader, on ALL continents. Well, if you really want to get cute, did those natives establish agreements with native flora and fauna to take it over?

I understand where your statement comes from, and am aware of some who ascribe to it. But your "land is a natural right" statement, on its face is UTTERLY ridiculous. That's like saying healthcare is a natural right. Certainly, YOU were BORN with unalienable rights, but you are not born with land rights. Unless you're talking inheriting your rich daddy's land. So we should just give you ANY land if you claim it, willy nilly?

Furthermore, historically, under the Babylonian-Canonite/English Common Law, in which our current meme of land right has derived from which states that a land is "yours" if you work it. But, WHO decides what "working it" means? What is the criteria? Should we still use the terms under the Western Expansion when they were "our territories?" Or is a mere virtue of being on a given square footage enough?

Or, is your whole angle based on defense of "borderless borders" illegal immigration meme, of the Koch fundy Beltway fake ass libertarian now populated by ignorant, neurotic liberals of Reason Mag, just as fake as the Left vs. Right paradigm? You ever wonder why those pro-illegal immigration marches were funded by WalMart and others who benefit off of slave labor?

If so, you may want to reconsider, illegal immigration, at fundamental levels: it is about SECOND CLASS CITIZENSHIP.

If you want to destroy a social fabric of a "society," whether you want to deal with it or not, or believe in "society" vs. a small commune; if you so ascribe to Rothbardian Anarcho-Capitalism (which I personally can relate to the most, if I were to label my econo-political philosophy, but I can intellectually debate and ponder upon concurrently disparate philosophies, as well as entertain someone who promotes a version over another, like some religion), or miniarchism, introducing a foreign population without an agreeable term breeds suspicion, mistrust, and perpetuate an unspoken caste system; current political proponents on both "liberal and conservative" factions are all too happy to label latinos as if they are born in a factory to grow up to be some day-laborers.

That's what you get, with institutional advocacy of illegal immigration. It also undermines the years of efforts put in by LEGAL immigrants, whom ALL AMERICANS owe our progenitors to. You really want to live in a society anytime a person who even remotely looks Latin, you'd assume he/she got here illegally, their children assumed to be anchor babies? If you DO truly understand the principles of liberty, as well as fundamental libertarian "tenet" of non-violence, or govt force, or edict, frankly it'd be disingenuous for you to be for, or AGAINST FORCED registration status of any human beings, be it legal or illegal immigrant, or citizen. Not to mention, any legal status of "your land." Because land deeds are govt issued licenses, which makes your "natural land right" irrelevant. Try giving up your land deed to your house and see what happens. Which also goes against pro-property rights of libertarian philosophy. Hell, you should be out there against gvt issued license of ANY kind, which I personally am. But I do not call a man a yenta, undeservedly. Which basically brings us to this: what is your point?
