So now we are told they are having Hollywood doctor the tapes. Is it to improve the images or to have todays image processors cover up the descrepancies? Is it merely the latest effort to hide and distort the truth of goverment manipulation from future generations?
Why don't we go back to the moon? Maybe we can't because maybe we never did? What do you think?

Over 400,00 people were involved in the Apollo program over the years. This is classic disinformation to discredit the real cover-ups.

Too many physicists
I'm sorry, but the idea that any government agency can keep a secret, especially one like this, is silly and completely without precedent (as far as we know).
But add to that the idea that this is not the NSA or the CIA, but an agency full of scientists... Science attracts non-politicians. Truth-tellers and truth-seekers. They found a way to reveal the O-ring problem, and they would not be complicit in a hoax or waste their lives working on one.
Further, you will never convince me that mere bureaucrats were able to convince these scientists it wasn't a hoax if it was. Keeping secrets at Los Alamos required isolation and had near unanimous support in wartime. I just can't see anything close to a good reason why such a secret would last for decades, here.

What I do know
The weather has been a popular topic of conversation for a long time.
If someone could do anything about it, they would be regarded as a hero and/or become very rich.
If government grants were not available, the number of people trying to stop global warming by spending money on research and product development would probably dwindle, and the number of people actually changing their own actions would probably increase.
I don't trust the information I get from the press or the government, or, for that matter, from conspiracy theorists.
Caring for the environment is something done mostly by those who can afford to do it, which is an excellent reason not to tax the rich, and to end the Fed, and all the other things that contribute to prosperity.

With todays technology with which we can see clearly coast to coast small objects. how is it that we cannot see the artifacts left by the astronauts on the moon. Not some ping from a reflector left on the moon and heard at an observatory, seen that wasn't impressed. Good full color images of footprints, the rover, whatever was left behind. Maybe the reason we haven't or can't is the same reason we haven't been back to the moon, as in we never went in the first place. Being in orbit circling the earth is worlds different than leaving the protection of the outer atmosphere and encountering the radiation outside that protection. And for those who say the Van Allan belts only apply minimal radiation levels and aren't dangerous in short spurts ? How do you know? Would you volunteer to fly through these with little protection? Would the astronauts ?

During the late 70's NASA managed to facilitate the USSR's space shuttle program by making public OUR shuttle's blueprints, which were developed at great cost in R&D. Not to mention NASA destroying the build specs for the original Saturn V. Then of course there's Slick Willy's complicity towards allowing Loral missile guidance technology transfer to Red China...

While I believe the astronauts were pressured into keeping quiet on some of the things they saw the evidence will eventually make all claims of an Apollo hoax unsustainable.
If you're interested in a fraud check into the Soviet claims of Uri Gagarin's first man in space mission. They took no photos of the planet.
