SouthernAvenger - Ron Paul and Jim DeMint Take on the Fed

I just heard this wonderful sounding man on the Michael Medved show, hawking his book with some generic title, which I'm sure is of platitudes, name Jim Demint, a salesman like no other. What of his votes for the only party in town, the war party? The southern avenger called De Mint a conservative, a term that should be used to disparage more than anything else.

What does that word mean? If Perlstein, author of books on Goldwater, Nixon, and other pieces about the Republican Party, cites David Frum as a conservative then then we are still listening to trotskyites. Read this article that Perlstein wrote describing the current GOP as a party of white downscale voters. Oooooh, and oh yeah, extremists. Perlstein mentions O'Reilly and Beck as engendering "righ-wing extremism." Once again, Newsweek continues its blackout of Ron Paul, and those type of "conservatives." It is my suggestion that we abandon the term conservative and leave it to the soon-to-be defunct editors.

It seems that the subtext of Perlstein's article is that there is a Jewish anxiety in the "conservative opinion elite," since the only conservatives he presents as valid are those of Jewish conservatives.
