Can someone give me a link to the best site to create your own website?

Oh, and it has to be user friendly, I am ok on computers, just ok though. Thanks for the help, I have a proactive idea for liberty, I want to get started on. I may go to sleep soon, but I will check back tomorrow to see what you may recommend, thanks.

Download a free trial of dreamweaver. If you like it, depending on your stance on piracy, you can either pay for a registered version, or download it for free. If you choose the later, download Utorrent, go to mininova.org, and download yourself a free copy of dreamweaver.
After you have dreamweaver, google search some CSS templates that are compatible with dreamweaver. There's thousands of free open source templates to choose from. Then all you gotta do is replace the template text/images with your own, and with the click of a button you got your own sleek looking website uploaded to your live server. For this last step, you will need a hosting account. Someone suggested godaddy, which is good and what I personally use. A typical hosting plan with them is like $50 a year. Or, you can use a free hosting service but will have to have a suffix in your domain name, i.e., www.dailypaul.freehostia.com.
godaddy is pretty cheap .

Google Sites!
If you're just OK with computers, Google Sites may be for you. It does all the coding for you with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor, and its templates are very malleable.
Simple things like filling out forms (should this be, say, Money-bomb related) can be completed with Google Spreadsheets and forms, which are nicely embeddable into Sites.
If you need to do fancier server things, a Google App Engine account lets you write server code, and you can drop those things into your Sites page with their Insert > Gadgets feature.
Best of all, all these things are free once you get a Google Account!

I appreciate the recommendation, but they are two intwined in The NWO for me to be involved with them. The fact that Google leads is mentioned at the bottom of my computer when I am on this site is freaky enough. Thanks for the info though.

I started using blogspot, tried to migrate to a site with more options, failed, and my url got snarled. I'm looking for the most user friendly site possible that offers message board capability; I don't know html, so this may be a tough one.

I use it for the Somnambulant Public and Unexplained Dreams blogs. I haven't done much with UD.....rather, I've been working more on SP. I don't have much on it still, but more will come.
However, this begs the following question: Are you wanting a full site, or just a blog? If you want a full site w/ more than just the trappings of a blog, Blogger(BlogSpot) is not for you.
