Believes Americans must "open our hearts" to the illegal immigrant children
by TONY LEE 8 Jul 2014
Glenn Beck said bringing soccer balls, teddy bears, and hot meals to illegal immigrants who have been detained along the U.S.-Mexico border will be the most right thing he has ever done.
On July 19, Beck will travel to McAllen, Texas, because he believes Americans must "open our hearts" to the illegal immigrant children who have been unlawfully entering the country.
Rand Paul: "Amazing resistance from both republicans and democrats" to the Stand With Israel Act.
Listen @ 1:10 mark:
Anyone care to sort this one out?
My answer: Hamas is controlled opposition, that's why AIPAC opposes the Stand With Israel Act. AIPAC represents the Israeli government. They want US foreign aid to flow to Palestine, so it can flow to Hamas, so Hamas can use the money to attack Israel, so the Israeli military-industrial complex will have an "enemy" to fight. Wake up!

A new Zogby Analytics poll of likely Republican primary voters in 2016 shows Rand Paul starting to build a lead over better known – and more establishment – GOP figures. The poll of 282 likely and eligible voters in GOP presidential primaries was conducted June 27-29 and has a margin-of-sampling error of +/-6 percentage points.
In the poll, the junior Senator from Kentucky polls 20%, followed by “Establishment” candidates New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush with 13% each. In fourth place is Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker with 8%, then Florida Senator Marco Rubio 7%, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindahl 4%, and New Mexico Governor Suzanna Martinez, Ohio Governor John Kasich, and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley all with 1% each.
The National Security Agency and FBI have covertly monitored the emails of prominent Muslim-Americans—including a political candidate and several civil rights activists, academics, and lawyers—under secretive procedures intended to target terrorists and foreign spies.
According to documents provided by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, the list of Americans monitored by their own government includes:

From the YouTube description:
“What you hear in this video is from the audiobook of “The Iron Web,” a novel I wrote years ago. (The printed book and audiobook are at www.LarkenRose.com). These are the words of a fictional character in the book, and he says quite a bit more. And yes, the character is rather harsh in his condemnation of state-worship, but for a reason. If you have the story context of who is saying it, where, when, and why, some of it makes more sense. Many thanks to FreiwilligFrei for making this video.”

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” - Mahatma Gandhi
In a recent TED talk, actor George Takei gave a speech recounting the tale of how, at the age of five, he and his family were taken to internment camp for Japanese Americans during World War II. While Takei's story is frightening from a historical perspective, his attitude that developed from this traumatizing experience is truly inspiring. I highly recommend watching the 15 minute or so talk, and we'll pick up down below.
By all rights, George Takei should have every reason to "hate the state" for what the U.S. government did to him and his family. Forcibly removing the Takei family from their property and placing them in detention is an absolute affront to every ideal America is supposed to value. It could have easily made George Takei into a jaded, bitter anarchist who wants to burn all of the world's governments to the ground.
And yet, as he grew up and had discussions with his father, he came to realize that hate was not the proper path, and that he could still stand up for the same ideals he believed in despite the tragic events that occurred to him. George says his father told him,"Our democracy is a people's democracy; it can be as great as people can be, and as fallible as people are."
While I vowed to myself that I would quit writing about politics, I cannot sit idly by as I witness fellow libertarians nibble on the devil's candy.
The deafening call to "secure the borders" is a red herring. How could one believe otherwise? When has the marble building occupiers of Washington DC had the best interests of the People in mind?
I have been debating posting this for the past couple of months (it's difficult to decide whether to become 'un-anonymous'), but I'm so proud of my children and their hard work. We went to Branson to compete in a bluegrass competition. We didn't win, but we made a lot of friends and seemed to really resonate with the crowd. :) Our band name is Resonating Grace.
Outside of eternal salvation, my family is the biggest gift I've been blessed with.
Hope you enjoy!

Pretty neat, considering the cost and availability of target ammo.
The Senate SUCKS just as bad, if not worse!
The conservative news channels want to blame obama and, HELL YES, he IS to blame.
But lets don't forget the other branches of our worthless government. The other guys with the 12% approval, excuse me, 88% DISAPPROVAL rating.
The NOT so supreme court also SUCKS!
There are 545 people responsible for EVERYTHING WRONG with this country. Not just one although he sucks, clearly, without a plan.
REPLACE THEM ALL NOW!
