New Snowden Bombshell 12/4/13: NSA Tracking Cellphone Locations Worldwide, 5 Billion Records Per DaySubmitted by LapHog on Wed, 12/04/2013 - 19:59
Like most of what's being reported, most of us already assumed NSA did this, but that doesn't take away from the significance of the confirmation via the latest WaPo story below.
Big Brother isn't on the horizon; he is here, right now.
I 'unschool' (a particular philosophy of, and approach to, homeschooling) my kids.
Those who live inside the conventional box don't understand why I gave up my fairly cushy investment career to do so. One way I explain it is this:
I made X dollars per year, which, to be sure, certainly provided for some nice material things. In order to make X dollars per year, however, I had to send my kids to school to be, in a real sense, raised by strangers. The way I see it, I was renting out my kids for X dollars per year.
My kids are worth far more to me than X dollars.
Three days ago, I sent out a message about what we hoped the new
"Josie the Outlaw" web site and videos would accomplish, and what
we hoped the response would be. Well, after 72 hours, it's time for
a little update on the response so far. In short, in video views,
in "likes," in getting subscribers, in people sharing it, in
getting the message to people who are not already in the "choir,"
the "Josie the Outlaw" project is already soundly thrashing
anything I've ever done before. Here are some of the details:
Congressman Confronted CSPAN "The Evidence That WTC Building-7 Was Brought Down With Explosives Is Real And Proven!"Submitted by Repo Our Republic on Wed, 12/04/2013 - 15:59

so for the last 3 days i sat in a court for my jury summons.
after 3 days 15,000,000 questions and 135 people later, including myself, we were let go.?
it was a murder case.
during that time i talked sincerely to about 40 people in groups of 3-10 on our breaks/ @ lunch and during our walk to our vehicles.
i can say that every one of those people knows about jury nullification now.
when you tell someone that they have more power at the end of the day than a judge it makes them feel special.
and tom woods radio show should have about 5-6 new listeners this week.
With my 5th anniversary of Daily Paul membership approaching, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has conversed with me during this time. For the times we shared the same viewpoint and for the spirited debates we had when we didn't, I thank you all the same. It's been a real privilege. Because of you I'm much better informed of the political, economic and social issues of our day. Watching you fight for liberty in 2008 then bring it even stronger in 2012 was truly inspiring.
“we’re gonna bust in your door with a battering ram, we’re gonna shoot and kill your dogs…… and then we’re going to ransack your house”
A Kansas City man says he’s been terrified since an encounter with police on Monday evening. He says officers came to his home in southeast Kansas City looking for people he’d never heard of and when he refused to let them inside, things turned ugly.

The National Security Agency has an Achilles heel, according to some anti-surveillance activists. The key vulnerability, according to members of the OffNow coalition of advocacy groups: The electronic spy agency's reliance on local utilities.
The activists would like to turn off the water to the NSA's $1.5 billion Utah Data Center in Bluffdale, Utah, and at other facilities around the country.

Ron Paul: Bitcoin could 'destroy the dollar'
By Jose Pagliery
Imagine a world in which you can buy anything in secret. No banks. No fees. No worries inflation will make today's money worth less tomorrow.
The digital currency Bitcoin promises all these things. And while it's far from achieving any of them -- its value is unstable and it's rarely used -- some have high hopes.
The search, conducted two weeks ago, appeared focused on communications between various campaign operatives and Sorenson, who abruptly quit as Bachmann’s Iowa campaign chairman in the closing days of the Iowa Republican caucuses and threw his support behind Ron Paul.
2013 is drawing to a close, and a new year is fast approaching. This is a time that I like to take stock of what has happened over the past year, and to imagine what I would like to accomplish in the new one. Evaluate, contemplate, consider, plan and move forward. Out with the old, in with the new!
One of the books that had a impact on me this year, was Clay Christensen's How will you measure your life?
April 3, 1965. An amazing prediction. Do you remember the famous ABC radio commentator Paul Harvey?
Millions of Americans listened to his programs which were broadcast over 1,200 radio stations nationwide.
When you listen to this, remember the commentary was broadcast 48 years ago on April 3, 1965.
It's less than 3 minutes long, and right on target!
A Florida police officer who was protesting US President Obama’s newly implemented healthcare law has been arrested because he refused to take off a Guy Fawkes mask he was wearing at a demonstration.
Ericson Harrell, 39, was wearing a mask, a black cape, and holding an inverted American flag when police approached him in Plantation, Florida. Harrell told officers he was “protesting Obamacare” but the police report notes “he refused each time” when he “was asked several times to remove his mask and produce some form of identification or tell us his name” and taken into custody.
