Petition To Gary Johnson: Change Your Foreign Policy, Get The Ron Paul Vote, Unite The Liberty Movement, and Win!

For most Ron Paul supporters, the largest issue of disagreement we have with Gary Johnson is his foreign policy. Rather than ask Ron Paul supporters to vote for a candidate who holds positions that are in direct conflict with their core principles, let's ask Gary Johnson to change his foreign policy stance so that he is more representative of the voters whose votes he is asking for.

Ron Paul Blimp, Tampa And The Grinch Who Stole Christmas

In Dr. Seuss's famous Christmas classic, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas", the main character of the film (the Grinch) steals all the presents from the Christmas loving "Whos" in the nearby town of Whoville, on Christmas eve. But on Christmas day the Whos do something unexpected. Without any presents they gather in the middle of their town and celebrate Christmas with just as much vim and vigor as any Christmas past. The Grinch is taken aback, and as the story goes, he is touched so deeply by the Whos love for Christmas, he finally sees that there is something more to it than he had previously realized. His heart grows three times its size, he returns all the presents to the Whos and celebrates Christmas with them from that day forward. The end.

Aren't we just a bit like the Whos of Whoville? Isn't the message of liberty something beautiful we hold within our hearts? And, haven't we (largely) had our election stolen from us by the GOP establishment and the mainstream media?

When the Whos faced hard times they got together and sang songs and celebrated what they loved most anyway, because they weren't going to let anyone or anything discourage them. It didn't matter that they didn't have any presents, or geese to feast on, or star capped Christmas trees - because that wasn't what Christmas was about. They went ahead and celebrated Christmas because celebrating Christmas was who they were and what they believed in.

The Mainstream Media Is Completely Out Of Control

The mainstream media is completely out of control and nothing more than a big government (big bank, big war, big pharma, big prison, big police state, big agribusiness and so on) propaganda machine. If Ron Paul loses his bid for the Presidency it will be because their lies and smear cost us the election, and that could ultimately cost us our country. Their lies have certainly placed our nation in the jeopardy it is in today.

We can do something about it and boycott the mainstream media's advertisers (their advertisers keep them in operation).  Certainly if we do nothing, nothing will change.

Are Ron Paul supporters leaving millions of dollars in free advertising on the table?

Most Ron Paul supporters are not taking a simple and free action that is worth advertising dollars to the Ron Paul campaign. In fact, I would venture to guess that hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars worth of free advertising are being left on the table, wasted.

The Internet yard sign

In politics they say that yard signs are one of the most effective means of promoting a political candidate. Yard signs are effective because they are a mixture of advertisement and endorsement.

When you put a yard sign for a politician in your yard you are putting your political beliefs on display for all to see. Your friends, your neighbors, will all form new opinions about you, or at least the political aspect of you, based on that yard sign. In effect, you are staking a bit of your reputation in support of your candidate. That kind of risk shows that you really think that candidate has value. This makes your friends, family and passers by take notice. If they start seeing the same yard sign in front of many other houses as well, they'll really take notice.
