Ok DP, I would really like a good response here from the smart minds of this site. Maybe someone can get the good doctor to comment, I don't have those sorts of connections.
During the rally in Tampa, Ron Paul told us that the people need to know freedom and free markets are in their best interest or else they will reject these ideas. I'd like to discuss the latter.
I have never owned any Gold or silver items before, I am thinking of buying some silver
What is the best ways to purchase them?
If one of those, what kind of(eg, what kind of coins, from where etc)
And if neither of those, in what other form?
This is not a thread about if Truthers are right or wrong in any theory. Let us avoid that debate.
Many of us 'discovered' Ron Paul during a 2007/8 debate when Paul went toe to toe with Rudy Giuliani debating the cause of 9/11. Paul plainly stated that it was our foreign policy that caused 9/11.
It is obvious that Ron does not subscribe to Truther Theory. Ron was so certain Bin Laden was behind the attacks, he voted to authorize the use of force to bring him to justice.
Next year will be my first overseas flight to the far east for a school trip.My questions for the DP are in regards as to what to expect when it comes down to the checkpoint without causing trouble nor giving up my rights.
Before voting this post up or down, remember this is not about Oliver Stone as a person, just the actual TV documentary series.
So with this in mind - what do we think of this series?
Is there some kind of agenda or do these series of documentary films provide a new perspective on the endless wars and the USA being the policemen of the world? Your thoughts...
Episode 1 (starts at 2mins 30secs):
Update: The first YouTube link to Ep. 1 was taken down (as I thought it might be) so have found and replaced it with the current link above.
I know he had a falling out with comedy central over season 3, I believe they wouldn't allow him to write his own jokes and skits. When he refused the media made him into a joke and even labeled him a crack addict, so he up and left to Africa. I know he came back and did a few talk show interviews talking about the people behind Hollywood but I haven't heard form him since.
Anyone have any idea where Dave Chappelle is?
Do you silver stackers stick with one or the other or both?
I've stacked a couple of slabbed MS69 and MS70 ASE's along with a few old generic Morgans. I don't stack enough to be considered a real stacker but just curious. I like morgans and one I keep in my wallet (not junk but not slabbed) to show people what real money is.
I'm flying to Illinois for Christmas (I live in SC), and have managed to fly only once in my life. That was 7 years ago and the TSA didn't do too much then as they do now. So I'd like some advice from people if possible...
1) When I tell the TSA I'm going to opt out, what's going to be the process from there? What type of things will they say or ask me? I just want to know what they're going to do instead of it being new to me.
Q1: If the sanctions were not enough to lose your support, why not?
Q2: If not, What is the line where Rand would lose your support?
I'm struggling with this a little bit. I am not withdrawing my support yet simply because this country is is SUCH a hopeless straight and getting one of our guys in as POTUS is one of the few things that could actually win this thing for us.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT:
There has been a lot of commenting and posting on Rand Paul as of late, and many people seem to be diametrically opposed to their opinions on Rand. Some see him as a "strategist" for pandering to the neo-con crowd, and hope that he comes to his senses when given more political power. It's working, as seen in the recent "favoriteability" ratings being positive among neo-cons and the older crowd Hannity-watching neo-con crowd. It's working, at least from the point of view that more people like him than his father.
I just received a letter from my insurance company asking me to comply with a new Federal mandate. They state they are required to obtain social security numbers for my spouse and dependents! In my opinion, this seems to be a huge violation of my right to privacy, lining up with the unconstitutional federal overreach into the healthcare industry.
Are we becoming too dependent upon Rand Paul in his capacity of a US Senator (and perhaps Ron Paul's son) in our planning for 2016. There is a hugh amount of work to be done, from securing our education in the principles of liberty, to local, State, and Congressional activism, primarily in the GOP (or what is left of it) but also in third parties and perhaps even Democrats, especially as Obama tanks in both the economy and foreign policy.
POLL: If you had to choose, who would you vote for in 2016 in a race between Republican Rand Paul and Libertarian Jesse Ventura?Submitted by compromise on Mon, 12/10/2012 - 10:55
Based on the user "A Real Conservative" 's Rand vs. Kucinich poll.
If Jesse Ventura were the Libertarian Party nominee and Rand Paul were the Republican Party nominee, who would you vote for in the 2016 presidential election?
They kicked people out of homes during the housing crisis. When the school loan bubble bursts. How will it directly affect a loanee like myself if I can't pay?
