Beware of propaganda, Ebola is hard to transmit

Transmission happens by touching bodily fluids of a person who is sick with or has died from Ebola, or from exposure to contaminated objects, such as needles.

The origin of this disease is because in Africa, people touch the bodies of the dead. That is the reason why is a big problem there. Unless you follow that ritual, or unless you work in intensive care you should not fear. Many sensationalist channels are trying to portray the wrong message beware of propaganda.

Barf bag please: Rand to tout George H.W. foreign policy in fall speech

CNN: Politico’s Mike Allen shared important reporting about an effort by Rand Paul to address what is perhaps his most significant obstacle as he pursues the 2016 GOP presidential nomination: the isolationist label.

The freshman Kentucky senator has long complained it’s an unfair knock, and an unfair “guilt by association” situation with his father, former Rep. Ron Paul.

But Mike says the senator is planning a high-profile pitch at the National Defense University this fall to address his critics, and attempt to reposition himself on the foreign policy spectrum.

SHTF: Map Of Ebola Quarantine Stations: Here’s Where They’ll Send Those Suspected of Ebola...or

In a move that raised some eyebrows this morning, President Obama amended a 2003 Executive Order that gives the Federal government, as noted by Paul Joseph Watson, the power to “mandate the apprehension and detention of Americans who merely show signs of respiratory illness.”

Although Ebola was listed on the original executive order signed by Bush, Obama’s amendment ensures that Americans who merely show signs of respiratory illness, with the exception of influenza, can be forcibly detained by medical authorities.

When I Was A Liberal: Statist To Anarchist

"Until only about three/four years ago, I was the worst kind of hardcore liberal. I claimed to believe in socialism and Marx - and I had never read more than three pages of my copy of the Communist Manifesto. I made excuses for Soviet/socialist states all over the world, wanted the government to nationalize this industry, create that welfare program, stop teaching controversial beliefs in schools, and most of all punish the rich and those damn corporations for making so much money and keeping it all for themselves.

Prohibit deferred actions for aliens

Yesterday, the House voted on a bill that would prohibit agencies from expanding the current number of aliens eligible for deferment, to authorize new deferment actions for any class of alien, or newly authorize an alien to work in the U.S. if they are not here legally.

It looks like it is just the Congress trying to re-enforce laws that are already on the books that are currently being ignored.
