Frontier Airlines Monetizes Its Overhead Expenses by Charging for Overhead Bin Space on it Flights
Frontier Airline announced today that it will charge for overhead bin storage on flights.
The overhead bin surcharge will add to the cost of travel, but of course, it won’t be considered price inflation because the Consumer Price Index covers airline tickets only, even though airline are making an increasing percentage of their revenues from charges other than ticket sales.
The following information was received at the inbox of the Daily Paul, with the request that I share. Following the embedded links will take you where you need to go. RIP Michael Ruppert.
On Wednesday I reported that Michael C. Ruppert left two “suicide” notes behind – one that was addressed to “Jack” which I published here, and another addressed to Mike’s partner “Jessy Re”. This information and the note I published, were provided to me by Wesley T. Miller, Mike’s last Attorney of Record. Wes received the notes from Jack Martin.
Jack, Mike’s close friend and the property owner where Mike died has told me, that in reality, there were a total of five pieces of paper Mike had strategically left behind, all of which could be considered “notes” … all of which convey a message.
There were the two “notes” I already mentioned as well as a “note” placed with and about Mike’s best pal “Rags the Dog” (more on that “note” and an update on Rags coming later today).

From The Iowa Republican. Form your own opinion.
Greetings and welcome to Kevin’s Korner. If winning isn’t everything, why do they keep score?
At long last, Big Liberty’s stranglehold on the Republican Party of Iowa is coming to an end. Their members were emphatically swept out of office during district conventions on Saturday. Not one single Paulistinian was elected or reelected to the State Central Committee …
It’s morning again in the Iowa Republican Party. Strong leadership, competence and hard working grassroots activists focused on winning elections are back in charge. Saturday was a very good day for Republicans. And a very bad day for Iowa Democrats …
Hey man, hemp is, like, really useful and stuff. Ok, outside of the advocate at your local head shop, there have been many reports on the uses of hemp. They include rope, and it is even used as a powder for protein shakes, but this is one use we have not heard yet– a car made completely from hemp.

Driver Finds Himself Surrounded By Cops With Guns Out After Automatic License Plate Reader Misreads His Plate
by Tim Cushing - Mon, Apr 28th 2014 - TechDirt
Automatic license plate readers can scan plates at a rate of one per second. Nationwide, several hundred million plate/location records have been captured and stored by a variety of contractors.
Some interesting observations on the part of the former PM. Calls into question the depth of reporting, and investigation by the MSM - not coming out with these aspects of the disappearance.

“Mr. Obama is focused on isolating President Vladimir V. Putin’s Russia by cutting off its economic and political ties to the outside world … and effectively making it a pariah state.”
So wrote Peter Baker in Sunday’s New York Times. Yet if history is any guide, this “pariah policy,” even if adopted, will not long endure.

Hillary Clinton is a long-standing and unblushing advocate of frequent military intervention abroad.

When he ran for president in 2000, George W. Bush promised to "stop extending our troops all around the world in nation-building missions." When he ran in 2008, Barack Obama trumpeted his opposition to the Iraq invasion while asserting that our "strength abroad is measured not just by armies but rather by the power of our ideals."
They didn't quite practice what they preached. But Hillary Clinton is different. She won't disappoint anyone hoping for greater restraint, because she has no use for it. The former secretary of state is a long-standing and unblushing advocate of frequent military intervention abroad.
OPEN AIR FORCE SPACE LAUNCH MISSIONS TO COMPETITION
Official complaint available Monday, April 28th on www.freedomtolaunch.com
Washington, DC, April 25, 2014– SpaceX announced today that it is filing a legal challenge to the U.S. Air Force’s latest Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) contract with United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint venture of Boeing and Lockheed Martin. The long-term contract, which guarantees the purchase of 36 rocket cores from ULA to be used in national security launches, was granted to ULA on a sole-source basis without any competition from other launch providers. SpaceX is seeking the right to compete for some of these same launches.
“This exclusive deal unnecessarily costs U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars and defers meaningful free competition for years to come,” said Elon Musk, CEO and Chief Designer. “We are simply asking that SpaceX and any other qualified domestic launch providers be allowed to compete in the EELV program for any and all missions that they could launch.”
The president is heading to Asia tomorrow, explained Voice of America, “in a bid to reassure allies in the region.” According to the Washington Post, “he and his top aides will be less focused on any big policy announcements than on reassuring jittery allies.” The Gulf News was positive, titling its analysis: “Obama’s Asia Tour Will Reassure Allies.”
Obviously the conventional wisdom continues to dominate American foreign and defense policy. Washington’s obligation always is to give. The U.S. not only is supposed to guarantee the security of assorted friends and allies. It also must constantly reassure them. Americans must not only be prepared to die for anyone and everyone who wants protection, but Americans must always and in every way demonstrate that willingness. Apparently U.S. officials should not sleep easy unless the people and leaders of other (at least friendly) nations also sleep easy.
Los Angeles police officers tampered with voice recording equipment in dozens of patrol cars in an effort to avoid being monitored while on duty, according to records and interviews.
An inspection by Los Angeles Police Department investigators found about half of the estimated 80 cars in one South L.A. patrol division were missing antennas, which help capture what officers say in the field. The antennas in at least 10 more cars in nearby divisions had also been removed.
The pedigree of Beck’s circle reveals he is not a libertarian and does not believe in the Constitution

Glenn Beck, who fancies himself a libertarian, is working with corporate media insiders and a former CIA employee who flaunts his membership in the globalist Council on Foreign Relations. The objective of this group at the very heart of Beck’s operation, now readily apparent following the Cliven Bundy standoff, is to portray the Nevada rancher as a racist zealot, a member of a dangerous and outlaw sovereign citizen movement, and inseparable from violent and conspiracy crazed “militia” domestic terrorists. Beck’s campaign mirrors that of the Obama administration, Eric Holder’s Justice Department and the liberal media intelligentsia.

Sharyl Attkisson, CBS’s top investigative reporter: gone, resigned, floating free, unchained, now viewed by the news establishment as an outsider, a defector, a weirdo with an axe to grind.
Among the controversial stories she covered at CBS: Benghazi. Just as she was digging below the surface of the Obama coverup, she was cut off and shut down by her network bosses.
Here’s the crux. The Rhodes brothers.
