How Presidents and Nominees Were Doing in October (i.e. Paul CAN Win)

Some quick links and numbers for anyone who questions Paul's poll performance.

At this time in 1975 Jimmy Carter was polling at 1%
In September 1991 Clinton was at 3%

You all may have talked about this before but I was shocked to read a bullet point during the debate about Bachmann and just confirmed it. She worked for Jimmy Carter! What the heck. Why don't we have more conservatives that have always been conservative like RP?
