For some Americans, Constitution Day, Sept. 17, might be nothing more than a footnote on their tear-off daily desk calendars. But for Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas), whose libertarian candidacy for the Republican nomination consistently evokes constitutional themes, the day is one to be celebrated — and fundraised around.
This isn't new to the DP, just updated links for the planned "Day of Rage" inspired by William Ayers and the Weather Underground, sponsored by your latter day ACORN & SEIU actors.

Ron Paul Needs You & 1,499+ More Supporters In Columbia, SC On Labor Day - Sept 5th! This is as IMPORTANT as Ames!Submitted by nmlifestyles on Fri, 09/02/2011 - 10:39
Dear Daily Paul Readers, (PLEASE FORWARD TO YOUR GROUPS, FB & TWITTER PAGES ASAP! THANK YOU!!)
I’m writing you to personally invite you to join me at a Grassroots Rally in Columbia on Labor Day.
Can I count on you to be there?
You see, despite the best efforts of the Washington, D.C. political establishment and their allies in the national media, our message of liberty is resonating with the American people.
Today, national polls show me within striking distance of first place!
So this upcoming Labor Day is YOUR opportunity to show the strength of our movement in South Carolina.
You see, earlier on Labor Day, I will be a guest at a Presidential Forum from 3pm-5pm that Senator Jim DeMint will be hosting.
But instead of a normal debate, Senator DeMint will bring each candidate invited to the forum on stage for a 15-20 minute question and answer period.
As you can imagine, all eyes will be on Columbia that afternoon.

In previous years, Republicans have worked the parade route, but this year they will not be allowed to take part. The parade is organized by local unions, which said Wisconsin Republicans "have openly attacked worker's rights."
Wisconsin politics — which hasn't been pretty of late — has made its way into a local Labor Day parade. The organizers of the Wausau Labor Day parade announced they would not let Republican lawmakers take part in the Sept. 5 display. The parade is organized by 30 local unions.
The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports:
They are in way early with the support, this should be a big one!
When life gives you lemons…start a new holiday.
This Saturday Aug 20, is Lemonade Freedom Day – a day that will, alas, probably not be remembered in the history books. Robert Fernandes is the man behind the new “citrusy liberty celebration” as Katherine Mangu-Ward styles it. He offers this advice on his website for young beverage entrepreneurs facing the long arm of the regulator.
Take your cameras and record this awesome event!!!
Where? Everywhere! :)
Please spread this event!
Ron Paul's birthday!!! AWESOME!!!
