Some Tips for the Phone from Home Project

So I'm putting together a blog to try and help with the phoning from home. I've got a few years of experience with call centers so I want to share what I've picked up.

I'll be adding more soon but there are a few basic posts to help get people started. If anyone has any specific questions I'd be happy to offer whatever help I can.

Let me know what you think:

If you're new to phoning start at the Introduction at the bottom and work your way up through the topics.

Good luck!

End the wars, bring the troops home and put an end to policing the world.

Dear friends,

I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your name to mine? If this petition gets 5,000 signatures by October 22, 2011,
the White House will review it and respond!

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

You can view and sign the petition here: http://wh.gov/g8v

Indiana Supreme Court Rejects Claim of Right to Resist Illegal Police Entry into Your Own Home

The Indiana Supreme Court has affirmed its controversial ruling that Hoosiers have no right to ever physically resist police entry into their homes.

In a 4-1 decision, the state's high court said Tuesday the common law rule that "a man's home is his castle" cannot be used as a defense if a person is accused of attacking a police officer entering a home in an official capacity.

Omaha World Herald - Paul: Bring U.S. Troops Home

COUNCIL BLUFFS — The Iowa campaign tour of Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul didn't make it to Council Bluffs as planned Tuesday, but an estimated 200 at Iowa Western Community College cheered loudly as the Texas representative explained his views by telephone.

Because of mechanical problems on his plane, Paul spoke from a room at the Des Moines airport while waiting for another plane that would connect him with other cities on his schedule.

Trying to do my part for liberty:

I am working hard to help Ron Paul. I want to be responsible for myself and also for my children. We are free of public education.

I am working hard to help other families have choices for their children's education and make my site family friendly...

Parents can give their children a solid inexpensive education while preserving the importance of good character attributes.
