Go listen. Position yourself carefully near signs you want to be photographed with, and then get some really good shots. A pose of you watching a speaker, then doing the "glad hands" clap would be classic. Don't campaign, don't try to win hearts, minds, votes, or anything else. Just show you are willing to count yourself among the 99%, that you "get it" that this is bigger than politics.
Just got back from Occupy Chicago. Couple hundred people in front of the Chicago Fed. Cars driving by were constantly beeping and waving as they drove by. Many different groups there. Saw some Ron Paul folks, Vets against the wars, Obama supporters, some folks handing out a newspaper with a Karl Marx quote on front. I politely declined :) The focus was on greed and corruption. We need more Paul supporters and educational materials. On a very positive note, the police were very kind and even asked my eight year old son if he was going to lead the protest one day.
Seems that though some of them don't understand that more gov't has caused this problem, but they still harbor the same resentment and anger towards Corporate America and political cronyism that we do. We all share common goals, with different solutions. How do we convince them that Ron Paul is the best person to end this situation? I just think there is an incredible opportunity here to pull in many more supporters who might look into what Paul has been saying and give it some real thought.
type that in, and see if there is a group near you. I did, and was very surprised to find a group already here! I joined and sent them this...
I have already received a positive response! if they go down the road, to the federal reserve....it will lead them to....
the good Dr! I am going to send this one next...
this is our turn to lead folk's. these people need direction, they are already motivated!
"Libertarians Support Wall Street Protest to End the Fed
Ron Paul says that the Wall Street protests are legitimate, and that they are really protesting against the Federal Reserve.
One of the protest organizers tells me that a large proportion of the protesters are Ron Paul supporters.
Most of them believe that ending the Federal Reserve is the most important step..."
I was at the Occupy Cleveland Protests, I was the first guy there with a Ron Paul sign, but soon I was joined by more. I walked throughout Cleveland with my sign, and talked to a lot of people at the protests about Ron.
Some wondered why I was there, I told them its too easy to disagree with other aspects and beliefs concerning why some are here, I told the reporters, I am here to educate my fellow Americans about the true cause of this calamity which is the Federal Reserve via failed monetary policy. We also described corporate personhood.
I was on Freedom Watch tonight to discuss why the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street should work together.
The internet-led Occupy Wallstreet movement has been making news as evidence of how bad things are out there. Similar to the Tea Party, the movement is ill-defined and growing. The Tea Party movement is made up of libertarians and social conservatives. The Occupy movement is becoming a mix of libertarian and progressives. Although it started as progressive, and libertarians, being the nice people they are – like to think we have a lot in common with progressives.
As stated and apparently ratified on their "official" site:
1. This movement is about democracy. We demand that the government be truly responsive to those it represents. We demand an end to the massive corporate influence blocking the voice of the people by eliminating corporate personhood and limiting monetary contributions to political campaigns and lobbying.
Here is the slideshow I just finished. It is the first one I have ever done and took me an insane amount of time to do, and I wish it was better still. Please feel free to pause it and look through what these people put on their signs. There is no need to speculate about what they want, they wrote it down. Some of them want some of the same things you do, I am sure. None of them wants all of the same things you want, I am equally sure. To be a part of the 99% of humanity that is being exploited by the other 1% does not require that you agree with anyone about anything.

Ron Paul Interview With Wolf Blitzer On Cnn 10 / 06 / 2011
I'm about to go sell some more Gold and Silver to keep me traveling until the end of January. After I leave Iowa at the end of the Month I will be heading to South Carolina (where I'm trying to get a group together in the North, and meet with an already active group in Lexington) then Florida (where I'll be meeting up with a semi-active group in Pensacola). I'll be working at farms in both states to maintain residence and food.
After that I either have to go back home to California, or, if my chip-in gets funded (http://jaktober.chipin.com/the-tour-to-end-the-war) head to the East Coast.
For the past week people have been occupying Dewey Square, under the shadow of the Boston Federal Reserve. The group is made up of all different types of people. Most call themselves socialists. What we call them are allies in the fight to save our republic. Coalition building is essential to any movement. We must seize this moment in time. We don't have to argue about the things we don't agree on. Save that for later. Right now, we must act as one body, one voice. This is the essence of our foundation. This is the revolution.
Occupy the Fed Boston starts at noon this Friday. We are working with individuals within the Occupy Boston groups to focus attention on the Federal Reserve. Stewart Rhodes connected me with with Garrett Loporto who is one of the organizers at the Boston site (600 Atlantic Ave- across from the Fed). He is an oathkeeper, Ron Paul supporter, end the fed'er and wants get as many of us as we can to come this Friday and stay as long as you can and keep coming back and staying for as long as you can. Hence occupation.

Call me crazy.. but I see a bunch of misguided souls. Im honestly disappointed that the DP community is so condescending of a movement that hasnt even found a leader yet. It doesnt matter if it was crafted by Koch, Micheal Moore or Mary effin Poppins. The point is these folks are pissed. They are out of work. They are looking for answers. Their demands??? Who gives a sh!t about one guy that is trying to herd cats around a retarded message? That 'leaderless group' has a message??? NO!!! They have some dude that is half ass representing them. Get 50 Paul supporters down there and see what happens.
Ron Paul and the message of Liberty represents the truth. I'm sorry if my message angers anybody. Getting a dose of reality can do that.
For us not to take it upon ourselves and infiltrate this movement as operatives for Ron Paul is outright foolish. Lindsey Graham, the closet case from SC and huge supporter of any lobbyist with enough money fears 'an unholy alliance of left and right.'
If we do not take advantage of this opportunity it is to our own fault.
