Congressman Ron Paul has been placed third in the latest telling poll to emerge from the traditional first primary state of New Hampshire, while Rick Perry could only tie for fifth, seeing his numbers plummet to just 4%.
Harvard University Institute of Politics and New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College poll placed Paul in third with 13% of the vote, making him only one of three candidates to score in double digits.
Herman Cain pulled in 20%, while Mitt Romney led the standings with 38%.
What a joke Rick Perry is. What a joke the media is for thinking he is top tier material.

The state of Texas has quietly outsourced the management of more than $1 billion in federal disaster recovery funds to an engineering firm with close ties to Gov. Rick Perry's administration, paying the Kansas City, Mo. -based firm HNTB $45 million so far to process infrastructure grants for communities damaged by Hurricanes Dolly and Ike.
Republican presidential contender Rep. Ron Paul had some tough words for his Republican opponent Texas Governor Rick Perry, calling him “candidate of the week” and said his poll numbers would fall once voters get to know him better.
Daily Show piece on Rick Perry's family ranch called Niggerhead and other racist names for places in the United StatesSubmitted by Philomath on Tue, 10/04/2011 - 12:17
Moderators don't edit my post. If it is the actual name of a place in the USA then why edit reality??? Just because the truth is offensive to some people, doesn't make it right to ignore the truth.
Article about Nigger lake
No surprises there:
"Poll: Rick Perry loses the tea party"
Reminds me of something someone said a month ago:
"Ron Paul Calls Rick Perry ‘Candidate of the Week’"
Ron Paul was right again.
Perry's Buddies Make Off With Disaster Funds
Rick Perry's "Niggerhead"
Washington Post: "In the early years of his political career, Rick Perry began hosting fellow lawmakers, friends and supporters at his family's secluded West Texas hunting camp, a place known by the name painted in block letters across a large, flat rock standing upright at its gated entrance. 'Niggerhead,' it read."
I just ran across this in the Austin Chronicle. It's called "The Perry Trap"
Gov. Rick Perry may be new on the national stage, but he's old news in Austin. Over the nearly three decades of his political career, The Austin Chronicle has charted his rise to power. We've examined his links to big business and big donors, his indiscriminate use of the death penalty, his flirtation with every conservative movement from the Religious Right to the Tea Party, and loads more.

"This is the time to call on Congress and the President to amend the Immigration and Naturalization Act to provide for a renunciation of citizenship by action," he said.
So now he supports the idea that people should automatically lose citizenship and rights. Nice.
Looks like Rick Perry's top aide is taking over TxDot and will be paid AT LEAST $100,000 more than his predecesor.
"Hey Rick, thanks buddy!"
Legalizing cannabis is a concept that will not soon go away. Bi-partisan legislation sponsored by Massachusetts's Rep. Barney Frank and Rep. Ron Paul of Texas tries to get rid of control over cannabis from the federal government's metal grip. According to Reason, states will then have the ability to choose on their own the best way to manage cannabis, including how to get tax profits.
