FYI: South Carolina counties weigh whether to hold GOP primary
Submitted by SC Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ on Fri, 09/30/2011 - 13:50So now all of a sudden they care about the taxpayer? And simply must save us the cost of voting?
If the "First in the South" primary is all of a sudden "unnecessary", why has the media focused on it so much (and have as long as I can remember in SC political life)? Are South Carolina counties totally broke? Why would voting be the first big expense on the books to go? I'm all for cutting taxes but why is it now, on this issue, they've decided to put their foot down? What's going on here?
