Want to Kill the 9-9-9 Idea? Just Show That It's Phase One of the 23% Fair Tax. He Says So on His Own Site

Do you want to put the kabash on the 9-9-9 plan? Just point out to people that according to Herman Cain's own website, it's Phase One on the road to the 23% Fair Tax.
http://www.hermancain.com/999plan

I like the Fair Tax, but very few can accept a 23% national sales tax. The vision of paying a 23% sales tax on a new home or new car is the kiss of death for it.

I remember when Herman Cain was a big proponent of the Fair Tax. I had wondered what happened to that. All that has happened is that he took some of his pizza marketing skills and applied it to the unpalatable Fair Tax.

0-0-0. Ron Paul One-Ups Herman Cain's 9-9-9.

Ron Paul needs to call Herman Cain to the table by one-uping his 9-9-9 with a 0-0-0 plan. "Your banker buddies won't back that, now will they." Of course Cain's buddies at the FED back 9-9-9, three taxes into their pockets.

Can We Remove the Income Tax?

Is it possible to remove the income tax, death tax, and cap gains tax by eliminating most if not all of foreign spending? I wondered if we cut all foreign aide and parts of our military budget would we be able to eliminate these taxes?

I thought of this a week ago and thought this is the best way to go because cutting demestic spending would reach to much resistance from the left. Does anyone have the numbers?

Herman Cain Exposed: The 9-9-9 Tax Plan

Herman Cain’s movement towards a flat tax is his widely coveted 9-9-9 plan which looks very attractive from a distance. However, upon further scrutiny one finds that this system may be much worse than the current flawed system.

Lawyers by definition, litigate rather than settle.

  1. Lawyers make money by litigating rather than settling.
  2. The way to encourage litigation is to put the most assets and property possible at legal risk, or at least to fool people into thinking they are at risk.
  3. There are two main ways to get the average person to put their assets at legal risk:

Cain's 999 Plan - Tax on the Internet!

I was talking to my dad earlier about politics of the day and what Cain's "9-9-9" plan was actually all about. My dad came to the conclusion earlier today that a 9% national sales tax would have to include the good sold on the internet. I know that states can charge sales tax if the buyer and seller is in that state and some are trying to tax if there is just one end.

Has there been any discussion about this yet? This plan sounds like it has a lot of undesirables in it to me.

Ron Paul Campaign Issues Response to Obama's Jobs, Deficit Plan

"A $1.5 trillion tax hike will do nothing to help us out of this mess"

"Instead of raising taxes, this administration should cut corporate welfare, foreign welfare and end the trillion dollars overseas wars by bringing troops home.

"These would be sound policy actions, the kind that create prosperity and engender greater freedom. These are the kind of policies that a President Ron Paul will advocate for and institute to restore limited government principles and a strong America."

I have had great success with this post about Ron Paul with my Facebook Friends!

I posted this last night on my Facebook. Please feel free to repost as your status on Facebook if you want. I was surprised at who pressed the LIKE button and who commented. All the comments were very strongly worded and very favorable. People whom I did not think read all of my Ron Paul posts were attracted to this. I posted this paragraph on my status:

Ant and the Grasshopper (2 versions)

(Forwarded from Friend)

This one is a little different ...
Two Different Versions ...
Two Different Morals

OLD VERSION
The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed.

The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold.

MORAL OF THE OLD STORY:
Be responsible for yourself!

Ron Paul & Mike Maloney On Gold and Silver (Flashback)

Ron Paul has always been true to himself, principle and ideal. He explains to us the big picture how we affect the world by our monetary policy. And where we are heading. If we could have listen with him back in 2007. We will be in much better shape now and perhaps on our way to recovery. We still have so much thing to do as nation. The better we are informed the better our chances of changing our fate.
