Approximately 50 members of Veterans For Peace (VFP) participated in a march this afternoon from Freedom Plaza to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum on the National Mall. One in three veterans see the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars as a waste and think we should concentrate on domestic problems.
Back quite a few years ago when the American people were suffering under a despot called King George III they drew up a list of his offenses and told him they were not going to allow his government by fiat to be "destructive" any longer.
In the Declaration of Independence, they cited such problems as his refusal to allow beneficial and necessary laws, his obstruction of justice by manipulating the judiciary, his erection of "a multitude of new offices," his disruption of trade and his preventing the laws adopted by local legislatures from addressing problems.

My father since 2007 has become a bigger Ron Paul supporter enough to make an endorsement on his own free will, he's actually 73 but I'm proud of him, he served & volunteered to go to Vietnam (Medi Vac Helicopter Pilot)as one of the first male nurses..also worked years at the VA hospital and saw plenty of Veterans who served & suffered.
