There is a big difference between a theory of an incident in terms of who was involved and inconsistencies in the official story and whay you asked for - which is a complete timeline and exactly who did what with evidence. He made claims of some (I agree) glaring inconsistencies in the story and reports and yes, made a conclusion of CIA based on historical precident. He probably should not have jumped to accusation. But, you don't have to look far to find reasoning behind the accusation. - he gave you the basics to research yourself.
