Section 125 (42 U.S.C. 12575) is repealed.
Section 1310 is actually the section that deals with what can and can't be done, or who can't do it...hmmm OK now I have myself confused. :O) Anyway the wording is completely different and as pointed out below, would we want someone within a government position doing these things while in their "official" capacity? I don't think so. I'm definitely not in support of this bill, but I also know how dumb people look when they take random emails and questionable sights as the gospel.
It actually reads as follows:
‘(a) Prohibited Activities- An approved national service position under this subtitle may not be used for the following activities:
Not quite the same as... "(a) Prohibited Activities- A participant in an approved national service position under this subtitle may not engage in the following activities:"
