Comment: So in the four stage dichotomy, where are you?

(See in situ)

So in the four stage dichotomy, where are you?

My observation is "Submission", cause you won't find justification for rebellion, and seem to have some aversion to using force to defend yourself.

But it really does not matter, because circumstances will overwhelm us all, and then we will take sides and begin killing one another until one or the other side prevails. The trend in history is like a freight train that mows down any who stand in its way.

And the trend in history is economic contraction as far as the eye can see plus predators occupying the seats of power. The burden of just the early stages of this contraction are being placed on the shoulders of the subjugated majority; witness the bailout of the privileged few on Wall Street so that they can maintain their positions of wealth. Watch for massive tax increases (like those secreted in "Health Care Reform") so that our rulers can continuing living as they do (Obama's $50 per pound imported beef and $250 bottles of wine).

The unimaginable pain and suffering from government plunder and control coupled with a failing industrial age for lack of energy to fuel it will define the future.

The pacifist approach is totally inadequate and inappropriate to the circumstances at hand. When survival is in issue any veneer of civility will vanish in a flash. Wait and watch.

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.
