Comment: Hmmm.

(See in situ)

"Anyway, according to Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post, the new “Patriot Majority” PAC will funnel money into 12-15 different races – including a contentious GOP Senate primary in Kentucky, where tea party favorite Rand Paul is running against an establishment Republican named Trey Grayson. Paul is the son of Texas Congressman Ron Paul."

So are these Democrats proposing to support Trey Grayson in Kentucky’s Republican primary for US Senate? What would that say about Grayson? Either the Dem’s think he would be the weaker nominee, thus improving the chance of Democratic victory, or they see an ideological ally in Grayson, a former Bill Clinton supporting Democrat.

The elites use both parties to ratchet forward their world agenda but they need to be sure that officeholders on both sides are willing to play their game. Thus the truth may be that this really is an effort to defeat tea partiers and liberty candidates, no matter the partisan consequences.
