a developer/builder to sell their land/homesites to another developer for .15 on the dollar and then get a tax refund for the balance of the losses they incurred over the past several years. Then they turn around and buy it back from the other developer they sell to for about .50 of what they get refunded in taxes (paid for by us), Thus both developers profit at our expense, basically another scenario of too big to fail. Criminals all.
