They have no surety bond, liability insurance or the mandated oath of office to support the constitution. They are called traffic commissioners and are court employees NOT county employees as they are non-governmental in character. All California Superior Courts were dissolved in 1856. The courts we have now are purely corporate as evidenced by their federal employee identification number, the dimunition of salary of the commissioner, and medium of exchange of levied fines and filing fees that fails to comport with the Law of the land. It's pure commercial law and that's why we hit em' with the UCC hard and fast.
