What you have described is what we have as a result

of denying our American roots of law based on moral spiritual philosophy - our Constitution.

This is the people's denial of it, so we got what we elect.

Yes, we currently have Commercial/Admiralty courts that serve and protect the Federal Reserve system, NOT common law/Constitutional courts that serve and protect the sovereign Rights of an American individual.

We don't have that because 'the people' are no longer understanding or accepting of 'moral philosophy', which was the basis upon which our country was founded.

So what is your point?
