for them to use or access DP at any time to build a case would involve copyright infingement on their part. DP is Mike's and they need his permision to access the records and posts to built a case from.
The legal service is using copyright from DP to build a case. It's all within commercial use. They are using what is on DP forin a commercial enrterprise.They are running a professional business, making money or professional livelyhood
