The Executive Branch is buried under bureaucrats.

The Pendleton Civil Service Act of 1883 established a permanent government bureaucracy. It is effectively a another branch of government. But it is unelected and permanent and has grown with every President to date.

There is no way this is going to turn around on the shoulders of one man. Such an Atlas is a figment of our imagination inflamed by our zeal for laziness.

When it becomes the People's House in a meaningful way then the rest will follow. I can think of no better Speaker for the people and the Constitution than Ron Paul.

Free includes debt-free!
