Has anyone considered

Has anyone considered this from the view of the 4th amendment. IMHO this is a direct violation of search and seizure laws. And before anyone says it, TSA and Homeland security DO fall under Constitutional jurisdiction. People are raising hell in Arizona because the 4th amendment might be violated when someone is asked for their ID or papers, but I don't hear anyone saying anything about the 4th amendment here. Am I missing something?

...Then they came for me —
and by that time no one was left to speak up.
