Do you believe you have a right to privacy?
Either you do, or you don't, or you do SOMETIMES.

Does Dr. Paul believe in the right to privacy? If so, is it because it's in the Constitution? Or just because it's nice to have it? If the latter, then why should we always ask about the Constitutionality of a right when even Dr. Paul would demand rights he knows are not in the Constitution?
