I know there are connections

I'm not saying frequencies can't do things.
But there are so many tune-changing variables that this difference, (if either is "correct") is nearly moot.

What about in the 1700s, was Bach being psychotically misled by conspiring organ makers to cut their pipes to A=480Hz?  Handel at 409Hz?  Dresden's opera house in 1815 at 423Hz, then 435 as the tuning fork aged?  No.

There's no ISO standard police.  It keeps bolts properly threading with nuts for those who care about it.

"You underestimate the character of man." | "So be off now, and set about it." | Up for a game?
