I quit drinking and smoking back in '92 while you kept hiking, smile.

We can sponsor each other :-)

I love hiking -- I find the green and trees to be stimulating to the mind and spirit.

I live in Nor Cal area and we are very fortunate; we have big hills and lots of green (clear skys).

I'll visualize your lungs and liver as clean and powerful; that your body is full of light, and your mind as right as rain.
