Will the UN impose a No-Fly Zone on the US?

When the US government starts killing American rebels fighting to overthrow the dictator in the White House and restore the republic, who will enforce a No-Fly Zone?

Will Americans actually have to work it out amongst themselves?

It really exposes the hypocrisy when you look at things from an opposite view.
