Comment: U.S. Military in Crisis
U.S. Military in Crisis
The Department of Defense may be in danger of running out of designs for further military campaign medals. Most of the colors of the spectrum have been used in every possible arrangement, combination, and sequence. The attack on Libya has medal designers scratching their heads and scrambling for something new. A supercomputer may have to be employed to come up with an answer. But even if it does, what about the next war? The only solution may be to design something called "The Continuous War Medal" which may be sufficient for all future conflicts between now and the end of the empire.
