Waste military equipment, start a war and spend a lot of money. The purpose is to insure that there are no alternatives to raising the debt ceiling.

Our likely creditors required an attack on a nation as a condition of raising the debt ceiling.

By attacking the Executive "signs" for the loan without Congress.

Unless, the President only made his announcement after the fact, to cover the fact that he had no idea the bombs would fall.

Late last week I heard the death roar of the loaded B52 flying west to east. We make industrial killing machines and our chief export in the new millennium is death.
