Comment: Constitution of United States of America:

(See in situ)

Constitution of United States of America:

Article I, Section 9 - No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

The Constitution already forbids dual citizens from holding any office of profit or trust without the consent of Congress.

It's time we enforced this part of the law too!

It's amazing there are so many ignorant people here at Daily Paul voting this topic down! It doesn't even make sense that someone should be a "dual citizen." If dual is ok, how about "tri citizen" or "quad citizen" - the concept is the same.
