ardor. True he's less of a menace by far than any recent U.S. (and most past) presidents. but that hardly sets a high standard.
You and I seem to have read differing accounts of the Chavez regime. Possibly my research is partly in error, or yours may be. I doubt we can judge countries impacted by U.S. imperialism with clarity until the U.S. is peaceful and non-interventionist.
Until then a healthy skepticism about all strong government leaders would seem the best approach.
