Arizona cannot be collectivized in description. Private Prisons were lobbyists who shoved the SB 1070 through legislature and to the governors desk. People didn't even have time to question or look at it before it had already passed .Obviously private prison corporations had been the culprits and they were very powerful lobbyists. Arizona has been subjected to some really really stupid politicians recently,and many of them are deeply entrenched in the system.....they control local GOP parties like a monopoly.It is unbelievable how tightly knit the GOP oligarchy is.
