Refining search. Re-finding comments. Landing on search finds.

You have considered many possibilities. This is an area of concern for folks searching far & wide knowing our mine has something of high value to them... To their chagrin, they must do acrobatics to land straight on the correct mat (page).

I endorse your response so far. Successful search could easily be defined as landing folks on the correct forum comment they are searching to find.

I have been running 300 comments per page load (the max on the drop-down box). Good enough for all but the most commented.forums. I will drop down to a much lower, quick loading small unit now that you suggest it oer your scripting.

There are many ways to present comments. So far, your improvements have help me a lot. I have no complaints. Your efforts & trials have resulted positive improvements. I just encourage you & DailyPaul to continue improving... Especially external search landing pages. This is key to attracting new members & uncovering the pearls of DailyPaul. Regards.
