That's the question I would love to ask any talking head that claims that he is not, and watch them squirm. There's no way they can answer that without it merely coming across as their bias opinion.

They get away with it because nobody asks, or they don't allow anyone to. It only works because they are allowed to say it without qualification.

It's essentially slander.
