Let's look at the database options. Are they going to make the case that poll votes were stored in flat files or something? I sure as hell hope not. If they did that, we should create an article illustrating how incompetently run that site is, and tell people not trust them with their personal info (if they can't store info properly, who knows what they've done with your password info?)

Seriously, there really aren't that many database management systems that wouldn't allow this.

Like I said, either they are lying or they are just totally incompetent (either the way they designed it, the tools they used to build the site, or the approach on how they tried to solve the duplicate voting).
