I would go so far as to say none of the polls matter any more.
RP's views have become so widespread (and growing rapidly), and instantly accessible, thus rendering any poll mute.
IMO, he and those who share many of his positions have become unstoppable, polls be damned.
This trend is going to continue and no amount of data, real or fraudulent, can alter this.
In the end it really will come down to what voters do when they step up to the ballot box/machine.
That is where it all gets down to where the rubber meets the road.
P.S. I'm from Ohio and that district is full of corrupt political activity and has been for a LONG time so even if what the OP asserts is true, it wouldn't surpise me one bit.
