It's all backwards -

As I understand it, right-to-work laws simply override the usurpation of an individual's right to contract at will. It is an inalienable right to make whatever contract one please with an employer (or anyone else) without a labor union or law impeding that freedom.

In other words: "right-to-work" is a given. It should be incumbent on unions to point to an enumerated power if the want mandatory union membership.

Just one more example of how a free people have come to live in "bizarro world".
