Yeah, BUT....

...how many of those burger joints were established in the last year? With all of the new "food safety" regulations that were just passed, (and I'm sure there are umpteen others that would make it exponentially harder to start a business and keep it going), I'm sure it is a lot harder today than it would have been 15 years ago or more to compete with the likes of McDonalds. For PETE"S SAKE. Today you can't even have a lemonade stand without a f#####g permit!
