What is the ratio.

I don't know if this is how it should be put or if someone else has a better way for putting or quantifying it. What is the ratio of Ron Paul's time speaking at the debates plus liberties influence on the debates and the media afterwords, compared to the results of what liberty accomplishes with its constant influence on national state and local issues and it's constant flow to constitutional solutions?
