The law that passed in Washington state was a step in the right direction but still needs work. The #1 complaint I have is this, the only people who can participate must have a minimum 10,000 square feet facility. The law is designed to support the rich, it does not create a true free market. The little ma & pa store down the road from me will not benifit but Costco, Safeway, Walmart and other giants will most certainly benefit.
