If Albert calls for the recall any money donated to pay for it will be a campaign contribution to Albert. That means that Granny Warrior will only be able to contribute $2300 to help pay for it. You can't just bundle up money and use it to pay for a candidate's program. There are limits under federal election law.
If you think that writing the check to New Hampshire instead of Albert makes it NOT a campaign contribution, you are wrong and not thinking clearly. That would mean that any billionaire could pay for ALL of a candidate's campaign just by writing checks to the contractors doing the work. It does not work that way!!!!!
To do this, you need to have individuals make contributions directly to Albert's campaign, not through a single individual.
